We bring to your attention a cozy two-bedroom apartment with a new excellent renovation in the very center on 40 Kulisha street, which is just a 4-minute walk from Rynok square and the Opera theater.
The apartment is located near Forum shopping center. Stylishly renovated, balcony, equipped with modern furniture (double beds, wardrobes, cabinets, built-in kitchen furniture, dining table). For your comfort, there are all the necessary household appliances (flat-screen TVs, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, gas stove, refrigerator, air conditioners), all the necessary utensils.
In addition to the above, the apartment has autonomous heating, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, hot water around the clock. The rental price includes: bed linen, towels, hygiene products. The apartment can accommodate 6 people (2+2+2+2).

Зручна квартира коли потрібно подорожувати компанією в кілька осіб, які не рідня, 3 окремі спальні зі зручними ліжками, гарна сантехніка, бойлер у ванні, тепла вода, посудомийка - особливий плюс знову ж таки для більших компаній. Дуже зручне розташування - навпроти ТЦ Форум, і до площі Ринок 15 хв не спішучи прогулятись. Також під домом місця для парковки, якщо на власному авто, його можна припаркувати прямо під вікнами квартири.

Жахливий сморід від цигарок, у квартирі явно курять і то багато(хоча написано що штраф 2000 грн за це, і взагалі то не дозволенно), за 3 дні звикається, але по приїзду додому весь одяг і волосся смердить так що пів дня прийшлось виводити цей штин, не можливо терпіти, не виключаю, в декого може боліти голова і прийдеться переселятись... думаю варто більш чітко доносити до жильців що куріння категорично заборонене і зараз спробувати все таки вивести цей сморід, бо квартира справді зручна по всім іншим параметрам і дуже мені сподобалась, жаль що такий один але крайнє неприємний нюанс.
