Квартира зовсім не відповідає фото, брудно, пилюка, брудна ковдра, поламаний зливний бачок в ванній кімнаті, брудна ванна іржава, в підʼїзд взагалі страшно заходити. Це було дуже погано.

Розташування, був добрий напір води, зручний матрац

Квартира у занедбаному стані, дуже брудно. Холодильник і унітаз не прибиралися роками, постіль стара, рушник з великими дірками, як таке можна давати гостям і не помітити не знаю. Чайник та інтернет не працювали, розетки вирвані, на всю квартиру одна тьмяна лампочка. На двох гостей була тільки одна чашка та одна гранена склянка. На ложки та виделки не приємно було навіть дивитися, а не те щоб брати до рук. Також нам сказали, що туалетний папір принесуть потім, але так і не принесли, хоча це дрібниці. Не хотілося писати негативний відгук, але здавати квартиру в такому стані просто неприпустимо.
