В квартире очень тепло что является большим плюсом в холодную и сырую погоду.

Хотелось бы чтоб квартира была чуть чище. Не работал чайник электрический это печально.

Квартира чиста, доглянута. Центр міста і ціна нормальна. В квартирі є все необхідне, комфортно можуть розміститись 3 людей. Рекомендую однозначно

Єдиним мінусом був непрацюючий електрочайник, але цей недолік думаю вирішили
