Description

The studio apartment is located on Rynok Square, in the very center of historic Lviv, in the pedestrian zone. The apartment is renovated (January 2018) and is located on the 3rd floor of a Polish 4-storey building with a ceiling height of 3.3 m. The old building is over 400 years old. The house is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The house has a clean entrance with wooden stairs, intercom, entrance under video surveillance. It should be noted that the house has no elevator, so guests with strollers, limited mobility, elderly, as well as with a lot of luggage, may have problems climbing steep stairs. The bedroom window overlooks a quiet courtyard. The Opera House is 5 minutes away, close to museums, theaters, restaurants, a vernissage, banks and transportation. From the train station, you can easily and quickly reach the building by tram no. 1. It should also be noted that it takes 3 minutes to walk from a taxi to the house, as it is located in a pedestrian zone.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 1-3 people (preference given to families with a child, couples and girls). The room of 15 m2 has a double bed (140x200) with orthopedic mattress, an additional single folding bed (80x190), an armchair, a coffee table, a mirror, a coat hanger, a TV (cable TV, 46 channels).
The kitchen area (10 m2) is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen furniture, bar stools, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, gas cooker, iron. Cold water supply to the apartment is provided around the clock (automatic column).
In the bathroom there is a toilet and a classic bathtub (with the help of a glass curtain it can easily be transformed into a shower), a sink, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a shower.
The apartment has internet. Tea, coffee, sugar, disposable slippers, towels, shampoo and soap are provided. There is an umbrella, board games, books, children's toys, first aid kit. There are also carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
Linens are laundered with phosphate-free detergents, but allergy sufferers are advised to bring their own linens and toiletries.

Reception of any guests (acquaintances and strangers) is possible only by prior arrangement. In case of violation of this rule, the owner will have the right to unilaterally evict guests before the end of the lease period without refund. The guests paid rent - they got acquainted with the rules of living in the apartment.
