The apartment is thorough renovated. Furniture and appliances are new and modern. In bedroom there is double bed with orthopedic mattress winter-summer. Each room has a separate bathroom. The apartment has 2 kitchens, 1 bedroom penthouse. There are the following appliances: microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, washing machine. Guests are given dishes, clean linens, bath towels and toiletries. There is internet Wi-Fi. Nearby many restaurants, coffee shops, stores, McDonald's, convenience stores, banks, cafes.
