The house is located in the village of Mykulychyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region, which is a great location for various vacation needs. This is a ride to the mountains on ATVs or jeeps - in Mykulychyn; skiing in the mountains - 20 km from Bukovel, 14 km from Vorokhta; walks in the zoo, children's attractions or market - 20 km from Yaremche. The most important thing is that the house is located on the first line, so there is no need to be afraid of off-road conditions and the possibility of getting stuck. The house itself is built entirely of timber, the territory is paved with paving stones from the main road, parking for two cars on one side and on the other (from the river) a terrace of 2.5 * 7 m. On both sides of the house there is a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, you can see such mountains as Khomyak, Yagidna, Lisniv. From the side of the terrace, 20 meters away, the Prut river flows in the lowlands and there is a park area with fruit trees across the road.
