Description

Cottage for rent in the village of Mykulychyn, first line of the highway (Hrushevskoho Street), behind the house there is a river and a mountain, on the right there is a park area. In front of the cottage there is a parking space for cars, and behind - a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, grill. The cottage consists of 2 floors (129m2). On the first floor there is a kitchen-studio, a bathroom and an entrance hall; on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a hall, a shower room. The cottage has 10 beds, we can also deliver a portable cradle for a baby. There is a shop 300 meters from the cottage, 500 meters - a vat, 20 km - Bukovel, 8.8 km - Probiy waterfall.
We will also consider a long-term lease, the price is negotiated separately.
For an additional small payment, small children can ride a car (has a remote control) or a motorcycle right on the territory.
If necessary, we have a portable bed for babies and a potty for older children.
