Guarded territory, video surveillance. Modern renovation done in minimalism style. The bathroom is combined. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, microwave oven, iron, hairdryer, electric kettle, high-quality furniture, spot lighting and a furnished balcony. The apartment has two double beds and a bunk bed. Guests are provided with crockery, clean linens, bath towels and toiletries.
