Місцерозташування (центр дуже близько - хвилин 12 пішки до міського парку, в інший бік оперний, поруч художній музей); в квартирі абсолютно все! є для комфортного проживання (я переживала за стан праски, бо багато білих речей, але дарма, все чистеньке і новеньке); зручний матрац, на якому чудово нам спалося; кондиціонери рятували у спеку; потужний фен, який за короткий час справлявся з моїм густим волоссям (дівчата зрозуміють); сусідів взагалі не було чутно; всі прибори для елементарного готування теж є (каструлі, сковорідка, терка і тд); пралкою користувались, все чудово.
