Description

One-bedroom apartment with parking in New Arkadia.

This spacious 90 m² apartment is located on the 14th floor of an 18-story building. In case of an air raid alarm, it is possible to go down to the parking lot, which provides additional security. The apartment is equipped with autonomous batteries that automatically turn on when the power is cut off. Separate appliances are provided for them — an electric stove and a kettle. The elevator in the building is connected to a common generator, so it continues to operate even in the event of a power outage, allowing you to move freely between floors.

The apartment is designed for eight people with comfortable accommodation: there is a double sofa in the kitchen-studio, a double bed in the bedroom, another double sofa in the second room, and another double bed on the loggia. All areas are isolated, allowing four guests to stay separately, each in their own space.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need: a jacuzzi, four air conditioners, two refrigerators, a washing machine and dryer, three wardrobes, an iron, ironing board, bed linen, towels, pillows, and blankets.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an electric stove, oven, glass air grill, two kettles, toaster, mini grill, and blender. All necessary kitchen utensils are available — pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, and much more. For the convenience of guests, tea, coffee, sugar, disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided.

Parking is paid separately. A transfer can be arranged if necessary. For guests on business trips, all necessary reporting documents are provided. We have been operating officially since 2008, Sole Trader 3 group. A contract is drawn up — documents are required upon check-in. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Местоположение квартиры и уютный дворик. Квартира для двух взрослых и одного ребенка. Не больше. Чистая, уютная, удобная.
