Description

Residential array Riduzhnyi is new, but already quite developed. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a new 16-storey house. City center is in 25-30 minutes by public transport (shuttle taxi №145), to the nearest beach Zolotyi Bereh it is on average 15-20 minutes (shuttle taxi №191).
One bedroom apartment with a total area of 35 m2 (room - 16 m2, kitchen - 10 m2) is renovated and equipped with all amenities. All necessary appliances, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi zone, interactive television are present. Bedding, towels, liquid soap, shampoo, dishes are provided. Sleeping places - a double bed in the room and a single sofa in the kitchen.
There is no possibility of taking a bath in the apartment; the bathtub is intended exclusively for shower use.

Additional house rules

We strictly do not accept guests with pets.
Upon check-in, guests must have an ID and a security deposit equal to one day's rent. The security deposit is refunded upon check-out and return of the keys.
The usual check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
The usual check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
All other conditions for check-in and check-out are discussed on an individual basis.
There is a separate charge for the use of air conditioning.
We are ready to accommodate you whenever possible!

Please note:
- For prepaid stays: if the length of your stay in the rented apartment changes, the Owner reserves the right to refund you 50% of the amount prepaid for the unused days.
- For stays without prepayment: if the number of days of your stay as stated in the booking is reduced, the Owner reserves the right to adjust the cost of the stay per day, taking into account compensation for the unexpected downtime.
According to the house rules, guests must notify the Owner of an unexpected departure 24 hours before check-out. Otherwise, a penalty of 1 night's stay will be charged.
Please be responsible and thoughtful when choosing your dates of stay in the apartment.
