Если и думать о плюсах - это расположение и Хозяйка

Комната 3 Кондиционер шумит как старый холодильник Кран умывальника в ванне протекает довольно активно Кран умывальника на кухне не закреплен Шумоизоляции от соседей нет, слышали разговоры как в одной комнате , думаю им тоже было не кайф слышать нас Холодильник работает на 4-5 со странным шумом потока воды (мне мешал спать, ставил на 3) Освещение очень тусклое - девушке красится было очень не комфортно Вай-фай не работает! И это в нынешнее время прям ужасно При отключениях лифты не работают и может не быть воды (хорошо хоть 6 этаж) Квартиру выбирал по цена\вид\ местоположение - к сожалению хоть это и сезон но цена невероятно завышена
