Studio apartment with all amenities in historic part of the city. The House is a monument of architecture of XIX century. One room in the apartment is finished in December of the year 2013. The apartment is located on the 3 floor of the 4 stroye building, total area: 34 m², room height is 4.5 meters. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, high speed Internet access, a double bed, a wardrobe, kitchen, LCD tv, fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic hob, microwave and full-size refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine. There is a double sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional persons. Next to central city beaches (Lanzheron, Otrada). In 100 metres from home-Shevchenko Park.
