Cozy and quiet apartment on Derybasivska Odesa in the picturesque courtyard. The apartment has two levels. Three spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom on the second level and the studio-kitchen with a balcony on the ground. The apartment has a modern renovation in a minimalist style. Bedrooms are in Japanese, African and European style which gives the apartment a special atmosphere. Apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living. Each room has air conditioning, household appliances, its heating, floor heating in the bathroom, good water pressure, dishes, Wi-Fi Internet (good signal throughout the apartment), satellite TV. The sofa in the studio, if desired, converts into a double bed. The front gate and into the courtyard have combination locks. Derybasivska is the most famous and central street of the city and stay in this apartment you will be in the middle of everything. Parks, attractions, shops, restaurants and clubs are all close, within walking distance. Part of the street where the apartment is a car-free pedestrian area. One of the safest places in the city. You will not regret.

For arrivals of more than six people, an additional charge of 15 USD per day per person is charged.
A cleaning fee of 450 UAH will be charged upon arrival. This surcharge is mandatory.
If the dates are shortened, the balance of the reservation payment is not refundable.

Просторная квартира, искали такую на нашу большую компанию. Было всё необходимое.

Протекал кран в ванной, надеюсь, уже починили. На 1-м этаже ночью немного мешал шум от нагревателя воды, но не критично.
