location,building both very good.

apartment wasn't available on arrival,date had to take substitute for 1 day ,spoil 2 days of my vacation. was promised 2 extra hours at checkout ,was thrown out.

Regret very much that Grigoriy was not happy, though everything went well and his verbal impressions were right opposite. Yes, the original apt was not available on his arrival day as the previous guest with children changed his flight and Gregoriy got another great apt in the same building with 30% discount. Next day Grigoriy moved in the original apt. Perhaps he was disappointed as his luggage was lost by the airlines and I coordinated that his luggage was delivered to him as Grigoriy did have a UA sim card. Besides I arranged a transfer from the airport for him and an early check-in at abt 10:30 in the morning without any extra pay. Regarding late check-out it was not possible as next guest was waiting to move in and another apt was already occupied. Maybe next time Grigoriy will enjoy time and find positive impressions!
