Нажаль, через війну є проблеми зі світлом. Тому в сучасних умовах маємо адаптуватись до блекаутів. Наприклад, непогано було б мати інтернет у квартирі навіть без світла (технологія GPON), та декілька світлодіодних, автономних LED ламп.
