There is a renovation of February 2016!
Brand new apartment is located in 200 meters from Derybasivska street (Lanzheronivska/Havanna street) on 3rd floor of the 3-storeyed building. Total area - 100 m2. There are four rooms, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (first with jacuzzi, second with shower), two levels, design style with textured plaster, decorative elements, mosaics, mirrors, metal, concrete, glass, multi-tiered diverse lighting. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: bedrooms with double beds that equipped with latex mattresses. There is a bed-transformer in one of the bedroom that easy decomposed from one double bed into two separate single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps: 8. Fully equipped kitchen has a gas surface microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils for cooking and serving. There are four air conditioners, boiler, laundry washer, LCD TV sets with IP-TV (many channels in English and other languages), WiFi Internet, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment has a balcony for smoking. There is a maid service.
