Description

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax by the sea and at the same time close to the summer holiday center in Odesa, then you are on the right way. House with all amenities and a private courtyard, kitchen and bathroom, seating area and barbecue. The territory has its own entrance, which will ensure your privacy, is located 5 minutes walk from the beach area of Arkadia in a side street with limited traffic. There is always a place for your car in the parking lot near the house and in a closed area.
A place for a quiet family vacation, so we do not accept groups of young people who are not burdened with their wives and children, so as not to create discomfort to others. We live next door, so we solve all the issues that arise very promptly.

There is a small courtyard with a gazebo and barbecue, space for 2 cars.

There is Wi-Fi, all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay there (bedding, towels, dishes). Autonomous heating, hot water round the clock, automatic washing machine, air conditioning and much more are provided.
