Loft style unique design apartment at Kamanina complex in Arkadia Odesa.
One queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. (2+2)
High floor with wonderful sea view, 500 meter to the beach and to the famous Arkadia city alley, full of clubs, restaurants, beach clubs, water and sport activities.
There are coffee shops, restaurants, beauty salons, hookah bars, small grocery shops, a big supermarket and a post office at the complex.
There is a generator for times of power outages, so the elevator and lights at the corridor always works!
No need to worry from high floor)
(The generator will not be activated from 00:30-5:00 in case of power outage)
Vehicles are banned to enter the complex, so kids can play around safely.
If you need a parking from your car, you may rent it separately. There is an underground parking with 2,000 parking spaces.
Around the complex there are few great areas for children playgrounds with many facilities and there is also a a garden for the dogs.
There is also central seating area with fountains and banches around.
The complex is attached to Yunist park with wonderful view to the sea and banches to relax, and you can get there from a gate at the back of the complex using your chip.
Pets are allowed, smoking in the balcony next to the elevator. Not in the apartment.
