An apartment with panoramic views of the Black Sea in Arkadia, located in the modern “32 Perlyna” KADORR residential complex.
The apartment is located on Valeriya Samofalova (Kamanina) Street, in one of Odessa’s most popular neighborhoods. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the sea and the beach. Nearby you’ll find shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essential amenities in Arcadia.
The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. There is a separate bedroom with a large double bed, as well as a sofa that can be used as an extra sleeping space.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The apartment features a refrigerator, a stovetop, an electric kettle, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi.
Guests are provided with clean bed linens and towels. The bathroom is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The apartment offers a panoramic view of the sea.
The residential complex is secured. The complex features a parking lot, shops, cafes, a pharmacy, and other amenities. The building has a shelter, and during power outages, generators keep the elevators and critical infrastructure running.
The apartment is well-suited for a couple, a small family, or guests who want to live near the sea and the amenities of Arcadia.
The maximum number of guests is 3.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Parties, celebrations, and other noisy events are not allowed.
Only guests listed at the time of booking may stay in the apartment. Additional guests must be approved in advance by the owner.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and at night.
You may be asked to present a valid ID upon check-in.
The security deposit is 4,000 UAH. The deposit will be refunded after checkout and inspection of the apartment, provided there is no damage and no violations of the house rules.
Early check-in or late check-out are possible only by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
In the event of property damage, please notify the owner immediately.
