Additional house rules

The minimum age for guests is 25 years old.
If a guest changes the number of days for a prepaid stay, the owner reserves the right to adjust the price at his own discretion. If the reservation was for a longer period and the guest suddenly reduces it, then the price will be higher to compensate for possible downtime and financial losses by the owner.
If the guest decided to leave earlier on a previously paid reservation, he must notify at least 1 day in advance about his plans and departure. In this case, the owner has the right to return 50% of the amount of non-lived days. This is especially true for the summer period, but everything can be decided on an individual basis.
