Studio apartment, Tairova microdistrict, Raduzhny residential complex, landmark - intersection of Levitana Street and Marshal Zhukov Avenue.
A cozy, modern, clean apartment with all the amenities and everything you need for living, relaxing, or meeting. Double bed, fully furnished, all appliances and household appliances. We provide an extra bed - a 120 cm wide sofa bed.
Dishes, bedding, liquid soap, shampoo, towels.
The apartment does not have a bathtub; the bathtub is intended exclusively for showering.
Nearby there is a Gusto supermarket and an Eva store. In our neighborhood you will find all the services you need to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
There is a playground in the courtyard.
From the railway station, you can easily reach us by minibus No. 145, and from the central bus station by minibus No. 191.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 700 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

When checking into the apartment, visitors must have identification documents with them. A deposit equal to one day's rent is required to stay in the apartment to ensure the keys and apartment are kept safe. This amount will be returned to the visitor if there is no damage to the apartment and the keys are kept safe. The standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Other check-in and check-out times can be discussed separately, by agreement.
A separate fee is charged for the use of air conditioning.

Please note:
- For prepaid stays: if the length of your stay in the rented apartment changes, the Owner reserves the right to refund you 50% of the amount prepaid for the unused days.
- For stays without prepayment: if the number of days of your stay as stated in the booking is reduced, the Owner reserves the right to adjust the cost of the stay per day, taking into account compensation for the unexpected downtime.
According to the house rules, guests must notify the Owner of an unexpected departure 24 hours before check-out. Otherwise, a penalty of 1 night's stay will be charged.
Please be responsible and thoughtful when choosing your dates of stay in the apartment.
