These cozy apartments are located on the third floor of a historic three-story building in the historic center of the city, a 1.7 km walk from Deribasivska Street and Zhvanetsky Boulevard. Nearby are the Medin and Art Museums. For our guests, we always provide clean, ironed, high-quality bed linen, terry towels, and disposable slippers. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. For your car, there is secure parking in the Medine, 300 m from the house. There is also unsecured parking under the house. A car wash is nearby.
500 meters from the house is a 24-hour Tavria supermarket, a medical institute, a radio market, Peresyp, and Novy Rynok.
