It is important! Due to the fact that the house is new, the elevator does not work yet.
Check-in - 12:00 or later.
Check-out - 10:00 or earlier.
Guest must have identity document (in the absence of these documents a guest cannot be accommodated).
A deposit for the keys can be charged on a check-in, which is returned on check-out.
Clean bed linen sets, 2 clean towels and mattress pad, liquid soap, as well as all the most necessary things are already included in the price. Plumbing is disinfected after each guest.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
Provide reporting documents:
- account for accommodation;
- receipt cash order;
- extract from the registry of single tax payers (2 group);
- certificate of sole trader.
