Balcony with magnificent views of the city. Daily and hourly rent. The apartment is located in the city center, Pivzavod district, 66a Petra Doroshenko Street. The apartment has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and a full set of bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Coffee and tea are also available.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay for our guests, who become regular customers year after year and recommend us to their friends and family.

Before each check-in, we provide quality cleaning and change of bed linen and towels.

The convenient location of the apartment will provide a pleasant stay after a walk through the streets of Rivne. On the territory of the house there is a parking lot where you can safely park your car.

Rental conditions:

The apartment is not rented for celebrations and mass meetings.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the balcony.
The lease can be terminated prematurely in case of violation of generally accepted rules of conduct or public order.
The price of the apartment may vary on weekends and holidays.

Upon check-in, guests leave a deposit of 800 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out.
