The apartment is located in the center, on Tykhoho street, on the 2nd floor. It is only 7-10 minutes on foot to railway station and bus station . All sights (Uzhhorodskyi castle, museum, botanical gardens, Linden alley) are in 20-30 minutes on foot. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen and a balcony. One room has a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped. The price includes bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products. The apartment has a TV, fridge, gas stove, washing machine, iron, ironing-board, hairdryer, kitchen utensils. Cold and hot water is round the clock. There Is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

1. The guest must have a passport in time of check-in.
2. Number of occupants must not exceed that which was agreed in time of booking apartments. The price will automatically increases by half in case of violations of this rule.
3. In the case of property damage (furniture, appliances, dishes, etc.) - payment in the amount of cost of this property.
4. In case of loss of the keys - compensation of costs for the purchase and installation of similar new lock.
5. It is prohibited in the night time (from 22.00 to 8.00) loud singing and shouts, sound amplifying equipment use, salutes, fireworks.
6. Smoking indoors is forbidden!
7. Keep apartment clean.

Check-in time is 13:00-15.00, check-out - 9.00-11.00. Check out at other time - is available by appointment. Check-out after 11.00 - payable on the following billing: till 18.00 - 50% of the cost per night; from 18.00-23.00 - 100% payment for one night stay.
