If your check-in is till 13:00, contact the owner in advance, inform them about the non-standard time of arrival and agree on the transfer of the keys.

Security deposit

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 400 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

Check-in - 13:00-15:00.
Check-out - 9:00-11:00.
Check-out at other times is possible by prior arrangement. Excess time is paid additionally. The eviction after 11:00 is payable at the following rates: until 18:00 - 50% of the fee for the day of the stay; from 18:00 - 23:00 - 100% of the payment for the night.
The extension of the residence time is only possible if there is such an opportunity.
Apartments are rented only for living (celebrations, birthdays and corporate parties are forbidden!)
1. The guest is required to show an identity document when renting an apartment.
2. The number of residents must not exceed the one that was agreed upon when booking an apartment. If more guests are found, the cost of the apartment automatically doubles.
3. In the event of damage to the property of an apartment (furniture, appliances, utensils, etc.) - payment of the cost of damaged property.
4. In case of loss of keys - compensation of costs for the purchase and installation of a similar new lock.
5. It is forbidden to make noise at night (from 22:00 to 8:00), use sound amplifying equipment, hold salutes, fireworks, use pyrotechnics.
6. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited!
7. Observe cleanliness.
