Apartment is located in the center, on Zankovetskoi street, on the third floor. To the railway station and bus station it is 10-15 minutes on foot. All sights (Uzhhorod castle, Old village museum, botanical gardens, linden alley) - 30-35 minutes on foot. In the apartment there are two separate rooms, a kitchen and a balcony. In one room there is a double bed and in the other there is leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The price includes bed linens, towels, personal hygiene products. In the apartment there are a TV, fridge, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, kitchen utensils. Cold and hot water round the clock. There is Wi-Fi.

Apartment is rent only for living (events, birthdays and corporate parties are forbidden!).

1. Guests must have an identity document.
2. Number of occupants must not exceed that which was agreed when booking apartments. If we detect additional people - price automatically increases by half.
3. In the case of property damage (furniture, appliances, dishes, etc.) - payment for tainted property.
4. In case of loss of the keys - compensation for the purchase and installation of similar new lock.
5. Loud singing and shouts in the night time (from 22.00 to 8.00), using sound amplifying equipment, salutes, fireworks are not allowed!
6. Smoking in the apartment is forbidden!
7. Keep cleanliness.

Check-in - 13:00-15.00, check-out - 9.00-11.00. Check-out at other times is available by appointment. Above-level stay will be charged additionally. Check-out after 11.00 is payable on the following billing: till 18.00 - fee of 50% night cost; from 18.00-23.00 - 100% payment for one day stay. Extension of time of stay is only possible if there is such opportunity.

Напор подачі холодної води по графіку! Так як там автономний котел тому на гарячу воду не розраховуйте!!! Матрас в спальні 100 річної давності і з нього торчать гострі пружини!
