2. The number of residents must not exceed the one that was agreed upon booking an apartment. The cost of an apartment automatically doubles when detecting strangers.
3. In the event of damage to the property of the apartment (furniture, appliances, dishes, etc.) - payment of the cost of damaged property.
4. In case of loss of keys - compensation of costs for the purchase and installation of a similar new lock.
5. Loud singing and cries, using sound amplifying equipment, holding salutes, fireworks, using pyrotechnics are prohibited at night (from 22:00 to 8:00).
6. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited!
7. Observe cleanliness.

Check-in time is 13:00-15:00, check-out time is 9:00-11:00. Check-out at other times is possible by prior arrangement. Excess time is paid additionally. The check-out after 11:00 is payable at the following rates: until 18:00 - 50% of the fee for the day of the stay; from 18:00 - 23:00 - 100% of the payment for the night.
The extension of the residence time is possible only if there is such an opportunity.

Все дуже гарне, чисте, нове, зручне.

Мало посуду, щоб собі щось приготувати і поїсти. Мало плечиків у шафі. Доводилось тримати одяг складеним на полицях, бо не було на що повісити.
