Additional house rules

1. The guest should present an identity document when renting an apartment.
2. The number of residents should not exceed that agreed upon booking the apartment. In case of violation, the price of the apartment automatically doubles.
3. In case of damage to the property of the apartment (furniture, appliances, utensils) - payment of the value of the damaged property.
4. In case of loss of keys - compensation for the costs of the purchase and installation of a similar new lock.
5. It is forbidden at night (from 22:00 to 8:00) to loudly sing and shout, use sound-amplifying equipment, conduct fireworks, use fireworks.
6. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited!
7. Keep clean.
We ask you to be sympathetic to the above rules and comply with them! Thank in advance!
Check-in time is 13:00-15:00, check-out is 9:00-11:00. Departure at other times is possible by prior arrangement. Excessive time of stay is paid additionally: eviction after 11:00 is payable at the following rates: until 18:00 - 50% of the fee per day; from 18:00 - 23:00 - 100% payment per night.
An extension of the residence time is possible only if this is possible.
