Description

For your attention, exclusive accommodation in Vinnytsia. The reconstruction was carried out in 2022.
The house has 2 individual rooms renovated with modern equipment, furniture and all amenities. Each room has access to its own garden yard with outdoor furniture for relaxing and smoking. The infrastructure is developed nearby. 5 minutes on foot to the railway station, 2 km to the center.
1st large room has 2+1+1 beds. It can be covered with a curtain in two parts + a large kitchen and a bathroom.
2nd room - a modern smart studio. A double bed that can be transformed into 2 separate places (the cost increases by 100 UAH). It has its own bathroom and kitchenette, a separate exit to the street, so it can be used separately from another room for 2 people, or together with another room as a 2-room apartment.
I issue a new type of documents for business trips through a cash register with a qr code.
There is autonomous heating.
Each room has a Smart TV with Premium YouTube subscription and high-speed Wi-Fi up to 200 Mbit.

24-hour check-in is possible by prior arrangement.
