Additional house rules

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:30. In case of check-in after 22:30 the guest must pay additional 200 UAH for night check-in.
Standard check-out time is from 07:00 to 12:00. If checking out before 07:00 a.m. the guest must pay extra 200 UAH for the night eviction.

If a guest wants to check-out earlier than 14:00, he must make an additional payment for early check-in:
- at the rate of 1/2 of the cost of the day for checking in after 09:00;
- 1/2 of the price of one night for guests checking in before 09:00.

If you wish to check out later than 12:00, you must make an extra payment for late check out:
- At the rate of 1/2 of the cost of a day's stay when checking out before 4:00 p.m;
- the rate of one night's stay when checking out after 4pm.
Guests over 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.
