We offer you exclusive two-room VIP apartments in a separate house with a separate entrance, located in the very center of Zaporizhzhya on the 1st Lyvarna Street. There is always light in the house!
The house is located next to Soborny Avenue, three minutes walk from the public transportation stop "Universitetskaya Square" (House of Clothes). Stylish two-story VIP apartments are equipped with appliances and furniture - the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating.
Free Wi-Fi is available. There is also a separate dressing room where you can fold and iron your clothes.

Additional house rules

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:30. In case of check-in after 22:30 guests have to pay 200 UAH for night check-in.
Standard check-out time is from 07:00 to 12:00. If you check out before 07:00 you have to pay 200 UAH for night check out.

If a guest wants to check in earlier than 14:00, he/she has to pay an extra fee for early check-in:
- 1/2 of the daily rate - for check-in after 09:00;
- Full nightly rate - for check-in before 09:00.

If the guest wishes to check out later than 12:00, it is necessary to pay an additional late check-out fee:
- 1/2 of the daily rate - if you check out before 16:00;
- full price per night - if check-out is after 16:00.
