It should also be noted that the perimeter of the LCD is guarded, which provides you with additional security. The apartment has comfortable furniture (double bed, sofa), modern appliances (fridge, microwave, air conditioning, etc.) and Internet Wi-Fi. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Clean sheets and towels are also provided.

Additional house rules

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must make a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay at check-in before 09:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.

- Guests from 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.
