If the guest wants to check in earlier than 14:00, then he must make an additional payment for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day's stay upon arrival after 09:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day's stay upon check-in before 09:00.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00, then he must make an additional payment for late check-out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day's stay upon check-out before 16:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day's stay upon check-out after 16:00.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter the apartment.
