The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of the city near the forest. Fresh air and birdsong from early morning until night. There is a playground near the house, grocery stores, a pharmacy around the clock, Oschadbank, a Privatbank ATM, two cafes where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. The apartment is fully equipped with everything for living. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove for cooking, dishes, pots, cutlery. One room has a large double bed, the other has two single beds. There is a TV, digital TV, internet. There is also an iron, ironing board, washing machine, one towel per person. 650 meters to the city center, 15 minutes quiet walk to the well-room of mineral waters, 900 meters to the bus station and ATB supermarket, 900 meters to the dolphinarium.
