Під'їзд будинку знаходиться у жахливому станні, стоїть постійний неймовірний сморід (вочевидь каналізації), який хоч і не так сильно, але все ж потрапляє до квартири. У квартирі твердий диван, на якому удвох спати доволі незручно.
