1. The guest is obliged to present an identity document when renting an apartment.
2. The number of residents should not exceed that which was agreed upon when booking the apartment. In case of violation, the cost of the apartment automatically doubles.
3. In case of damage to the property of the apartment (furniture, appliances, dishes, etc.) - payment of the cost of the damaged property.
4. In case of lost keys - compensation for the purchase and installation of a similar new lock.
5. Prohibited at night (from 22:00 to 08:00) loud singing and shouting, the use of sound amplifying equipment, salutes, fireworks, the use of pyrotechnics.
6. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited!
7. Keep clean.

Check-in time - 13:00-15:00, check-out 9:00-11:00. Departure at other times is possible by prior arrangement. Excess time of stay is paid additionally: check-out after 11:00 am is subject to payment according to the following tariffication: until 18:00 - 50% of the payment per night; from 18:00 to 23:00 - 100% payment per night.
Extension of the stay is possible only if there is such an opportunity.
