Apartments are rented ONLY for living (holding holidays, birthdays and corporate parties - FORBIDDEN!).
1. Guests are obliged to present an identity document when renting an apartment.
2. The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed upon when booking the apartment. If "rabbits" are found, the cost of the apartment is automatically doubled.
3. In case of damage to the property of the apartment (furniture, appliances, dishes, etc.) - payment of the cost of the damaged property.
4. In case of loss of keys - reimbursement of expenses for purchase and installation of a new similar lock.
5. At night (from 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.) loud singing and shouting, use of sound amplifying devices, fireworks, firecrackers, use of pyrotechnics is prohibited.
6. Smoking in the apartment is forbidden!
7. Keep the apartment clean.
We ask you to understand and follow the above rules! Thank you in advance!
Check-in time - 13.00-15.00, Check-out time 9.00-11.00. Departure at other times is possible by prior arrangement. Departure after 11.00 a.m. is subject to the following tariffication: until 18.00 - 50% of the fee per day of stay; from 18.00 - 23.00 - 100% of the fee per day of stay.
The extension of the stay is possible only if it is possible.
