Additional house rules

Check in time is 13:00-15:00, check out time is 9:00-11:00. Check-out at other times is possible by prior arrangement. Excess time of stay is paid additionally: eviction after 11:00 is payable at the following rates: until 18:00 - 50% of the fee for the day of stay; from 18:00 - 23:00 - 100% of the payment for the night.
The extension of the residence time is possible only if there is such an opportunity.
The apartment is for living only (celebrations, birthdays and corporate parties are prohibited).
1. The guest is required to show a document proving his identity when renting an apartment.
2. The number of residents must not exceed the one that was agreed upon when booking an apartment. If you find not previously announced guests the cost of the apartment automatically doubles.
3. In the event of damage to the property of the apartment (furniture, appliances, dishes, etc.) - payment of the cost of damaged property.
4. In case of loss of keys - compensation of costs for the purchase and installation of a similar new lock.
5. It is prohibited at night (from 22:00 to 8:00) loud singing and cries, using sound amplifying equipment, holding salutes, fireworks, using pyrotechnics.
6. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited!
7. Observe cleanliness.
