A cozy apartment is located in the center of the city. To the railway station and bus station - 7-10 minutes walk. To all sights (Uzhgorod Castle, museum Old Village, Botanical Garden, linden alley) - 20-30 minutes on foot. The apartment has a balcony. In two rooms there are folding sofas, and in the third - two separate beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. At guests disposal there bed-clothes, towels, hygiene means. The apartment has a TV, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, hairdryer, dishes and Wi-Fi. Hot/cold water is available round the clock.

Extraordinary time of stay is paid additionally. Check-out after 11.00 is payable at the following rate: till 18.00 - 50% in the amount of one night's stay; from 18.00 - 23.00 - 100% in the amount of one night's stay.

2. The number of residents must not exceed what was agreed upon during the booking of the apartment. When found - the cost of the apartment automatically doubles.
3. In case of damage to the property of the apartment (furniture, appliances, utensils) - payment of the value of the spoiled property.
4. In the case of loss of keys - compensation for the purchase and installation of a similar new castle.
5. It is forbidden at night (22:00-8:00): loud singing and crying, use of sound amplifying equipment, salutes, fireworks, use of pyrotechnic means.
6. No smoking!

Зручне розташування: близько і до вокзалу, і до туристичного центру, багато місця, чистота, зручні ліжка, хороший контакт з власниками, небхідний посуд, пральна машина, телевізор, холодтльник, все працює.
Неодмінно потрібні москитні сітки на вікна, адже багато комарів
