Additional house rules

1. The guest is required to present an identity document when renting an apartment.
2. The number of residents should not exceed that which was agreed upon booking the apartment. When gatecrashers are detected, the cost of an apartment automatically doubles.
3. In case of damage to the property of the apartment (furniture, appliances, dishes, etc.) - payment of the value of the damaged property.
4. In case of loss of keys - compensation for the cost of purchasing and installing a similar new lock.
5. It is prohibited at night (from 22:00 to 8:00): loud singing and shouting, the use of sound-amplifying equipment, conducting salutes, fireworks, the use of pyrotechnic means.
6. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited!
7. Keep clean.
We ask you to understand and follow the above rules with understanding! Thank in advance!
Check-in - 13:00-15:00, check-out - 9:00-11:00. Check-out at another time is possible by prior arrangement.
Excessive stay is charged additionally: check-out after 11:00 is subject to payment according to the following tariffs:
- until 18:00 - 50% of the charge per night;
- from 18:00 - 23:00 - 100% payment per night stay.
Extension of residence time is possible only if there is such a possibility.
