The apartment is for living only. It is forbidden to hold parties and celebrations!
The number of residents is discussed in advance, if the number of guests exceeds the agreed - the cost of living is doubled.
It is forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 8:00. It is forbidden to use pyrotechnics, sound amplifying equipment.
You must show proof of identity upon check-in.
In case of damage to the property, the guest pays for the damage caused. In case of loss of keys, the penalty is equal to purchase and the installation of a new lock price.
It is forbidden to smoke in an apartment.
