The apartment is located in a townhouse - it is a low-rise new house for 4 apartments, each of which has a separate entrance and its own courtyard. The apartment has two separate rooms with European-quality renovation, 4 sleeping places - a large double wooden bed with a new orthopedic mattress with an independent spring unit and a double sofa bed. The house is located in 5 minutes from the railway station, in 10 minutes from Roshen fountains and the central bus station, in 15 minutes from the city center. Nearby there are: non-stop supermarkets, stops, cafes, car parks (covered paid parking is in 2 minutes).
The apartment has independent heating, warm floors, there is always hot water. Before each settlement, cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is carried out. Cable TV (32 inches plasma TV), Wi-Fi, necessary kitchen utensils and a wide range of additional services are available. Description and photos are true. It is possible to provide documents for business travel (group 2).

Всё понравилось. Очень приятные хозяева. Договорились о проживании очень быстро. Заселили раньше, выехали позже - всё без проблем. Обязательно будем обращаться еще.

К жилью это не относится, но на время карантина не работают фонтаны(
