Good afternoon. I am offering you a huge studio apartment in a new brick building with a wonderful atmosphere.

If you are our guest, you will come back to us again.

The apartment is clean and cleaned with a change of bed linen.

4 beds - 2 separate beds (2+2), but the price will vary depending on the number of people. Prices also change on weekends and holidays.

We make pleasant discounts for regular guests and customers who come to us for a long period of time.
Good condition for your vacation. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: furniture, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, dishes, bed linen.

The center is 5 minutes by transport and much more nearby. Very convenient location - transport stops are 1 minute walk from the house, supermarkets, including night ones, shopping centers, restaurants, nightclubs are within walking distance.
