Additional house rules

When check-in after 22:30 the guest must pay 200 UAH for night check-in. The standard check-out time is from 07:00 to 12:00. If you check-out before 07:00, the guest must pay 200 UAH for the nightly eviction.
If the guest wants to check-in before 14:00, then he must make an extra charge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 of the cost of day stay when check-in after 09:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a night stay at check-in until 09:00.
If the guest wants to check-out later than 12:00, he must make an additional payment for the late check-out:
- in the amount of 1/2 of the cost of day stay at check-out until 16:00;
- in the amount of the cost of one day stay at check-out after 16:00.

У квартири чудове розташування: центр міста, біля парку, освітлення на вулиці, можливість в межах бачення поставити машину. Вдало підібрано набір меблів для зручного перебування...ліжко з гарним зручним матрацем, диван, журнальний стіл. Світла підлога. Є в наявності обігрівач для кімнати. Жалюзі , штори, грати на вікнах. Наявність вентилятора у об'єднаному санвузлі. Гарна гаряча вода.

Дещо скрипіло ліжко. Повільно працював/завантажувався телевізор. Вхідні двері одні, тому було чутно тупотіння і розмови сусідів у загальному коридорі ..але це не дратувало. З побажань, що можна вдосконалити: розділити у ванній кімнаті освітлення і вентилятор, бо коли приймаєш душ , то витягування теплого повітря не потрібно. Не сподобалась наявність залишків чорної плісняви в конструкції душової кабінки. Варто взяти щітку з довгими ворсинками для очищення.

Вибачаємося за незручності, які виникли через скрипуче ліжко та проблеми з телевізором. Ми обов'язково перевіримо ці моменти. Стосовно звукоізоляції нажаль вдіяти нічого не можемо. Дякуємо за корисні рекомендації щодо ванної кімнати та очищення душової кабінки. Це справді важлива деталь, і ми обов'язково звернемо увагу на ці моменти для підвищення комфорту Дуже раді що Вам сподобалось розташування квартири її комплектація та дизайн, завжди приділяємо увагу для придання затишку та комфорту нашим гостям. Завжди чекаємо і раді бачити Вас знову

Не понравилось отношение к нам, поскольку выезд назначен точно у 12:00, а горничная опоздала на полчаса, нам пришлось менять дату возвращения домой. Не рекомендую!
