The standard check-out time is from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The guest must pay UAH 200 in order to check out before 07:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must pay a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of living at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay upon arrival until 09:00 AM.

If the guest want's to check out late then they must pay a surcharge:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 16:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon eviction after 16:00.

- Only the guests older than 20 years allowed in the apartments.

Я був дуже задоволений тим, що зміг створити в цьому місці власний маленький дім на стільки часу, скільки міг. Меблі зручні, а сусіди приємні. Місце розташування дуже зручне, поруч є багато місцевих магазинів.
