The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, there is all the necessary furniture and appliances. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and linen change is carried out every 4 days.

Additional house rules

The standard check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:30. Guest must pay additional 200 UAH for a night check in. Night check in time is after 10:30 PM.
The standard check-out time is from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The guest must pay UAH 200 in order to check out before 07:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must pay a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of living at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay upon arrival until 09:00 AM.

If the guest want's to check out late then they must pay a surcharge:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 16:00;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon eviction after 16:00.

- Only the guests older than 20 years allowed in the apartments.
