- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay at check-in before 09:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.

- Guests from 21 years old are allowed in the apartment.

Понравилось расположение, самый центр, именно то, что хотелось! Рядом рынок, много кафе, магазинов - и продукты закупить, и развлечение. Чисто, две отдельные спальни, два санузла. Всё понравилось
