It is an ideal place for a comfortable stay, located just a 10-minute walk from Soborny Avenue and in close proximity to Zaporizhzhia Square. The city's landmarks are within walking distance: Giusti restaurant, Glinka Concert Hall, and the Engineering Academy.

The apartment is fully equipped for your comfort. The spacious bedroom has a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a modern TV. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a second TV, a comfortable sofa, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and an electric kettle. For the perfect climate, there is air conditioning, and for everyday needs, there is a washing machine. We provide Wi-Fi, always fresh bed linen, and towels. The apartment is kept impeccably clean.

If the guest wants to check in earlier than 02:00 PM, then he must make a surcharge for early check-in:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay at check-in after 09:00 AM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of stay at check-in before 09:00 AM.

If the guest wants to check out later than 12:00 AM, then he must make a surcharge for late check out:
- in the amount of 1/2 the cost of a day of stay upon eviction before 04:00 PM;
- in the amount of the cost of a day of residence upon check out after 04:00 PM.
